The Crate

Which holidays come each month?

All crates are sent the month prior to give mamas enough time set up their DIY photoshoot! For example, the Christmas box will be shipped on November 15th, and the New Years box will be shipped the following month on December 15th. 

January – Valentine’s Day  

February – St. Patrick’s Day  

March – Spring / Easter  

April – Mother's Day  

May – Father's Day   

June – 4th of July  

July – Back to School  

August – Fall  

September – Halloween  

October – Thanksgiving  

November – Christmas  

December – New Years  

Which month’s crate am I going to get if I sign up?

The cutoff for each month’s featured crate is the 10th of each month or while supplies last, so if you join us on March 11th, your first crate will be the May crate. 

What if I don't celebrate one of the holidays above?

If you do not celebrate one of the holidays above for religious purposes, please contact us directly at 

Payment & Delivery 

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be billed for your first box the day you subscribe to The Crate. After your first month, the billing cycle will automatically charge you on the 12th of each month. 

When should I expect my crate?

All crates are shipped on the 15th of the month, and shipping speed varies based on your location. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping included?

YES! Domestic shipping is included with your purchase of the subscription. 

What's your cancellation policy?
Although we'd hate to see you go, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so with a 30-day notice.

When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. For example, if we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on June 7th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until July 6th (30 days) and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee.
